Prof. Dr. Timo Wollmershäuser ist stellvertretender Leiter des IFO‑Bereichs Konjunkturprognosen und einer der prominenten Konjunkturforscher Deutschlands. Er studierte in Würzburg und Sydney, promovierte in Mainz und ist seit 2007 am IFO‑Institut tätig; seine Forschungsschwerpunkte sind kurz‑ und mittelfristige Konjunkturprognosen sowie Struktur‑ und Industriepolitik; Co‑Autor der ifo‑Analyse (Februar 2024).
